Add your face to the celebrations!

Face Britain is a self-portrait project that celebrates the UK's children and young people leading up to the Jubilee, the London Olympic and Paralympic celebrations in 2012.
Face Britain is open to everyone regardless of drawing or learning ability.
You can be part of Face Britain if you are aged between 4 - 16 years and live in the UK.
Create a self-portrait in any style you wish. It can be a simple line drawing, painting, collage, abstract, photography, graphics or 3-D.
The key message is that it just has to be you - you are Face Britain.
The deadline to upload work is 30 March 2012.
Over 4,000 portraits from Schools and youth groups around the UK have already started to upload portraits.

The project is also an official Guinness World Records attempt for most artists contributing to the same art installation, every uploaded self-portrait will be streamed and "pixelated" to create a montage image of HM The Queen.
This image will be projected onto Buckingham Palace in May 2012
