<p> <p>Once again Mencap are running the <b>local arts awards scheme</b> for groups assciated or affiliated to Mencap.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Up to &pound;500 is available for projects in any art form from drawing to drama, photography to playing music.</p> <p>It must be a project with a specific start and end date.
